Common questions

How are my readings stored?

Privately, on your own device. Snap Tarot has no accounts and no server that keeps your readings, so the history you build is for your eyes only. The trade-off: it lives on this device, so clearing the app's data or uninstalling will erase it, and it won't follow you to a new phone in this version.

What do I get for free?

A fresh card every day on the home screen, around three readings a day across all five draws, and the complete Waite-Smith deck in both orientations. Full Access removes the daily limit and all ads.

How do I remove ads?

Purchase Full Access from inside the app. It turns off every ad and lifts the daily reading limit. You can pay monthly, yearly, or once for lifetime access.

I paid, but my Full Access didn't carry over.

Open the app and use Restore purchases (in the Full Access or settings screen). This re-checks your purchase with the app store and reactivates it. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the store account you bought it under and we'll sort it out.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not inside Snap Tarot. On Android, open the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then cancel there. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel.

Does Snap Tarot tell my fortune?

No — and it's built not to. Snap Tarot is for reflection and perspective: it puts the question you brought into sharper light and hands the decision back to you. It never predicts the future and never makes the call for you.

How do I delete my data?

Clear the app's data or uninstall the app — that removes everything stored on your device. For records held by the app store from a purchase, manage them through your store account. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
